- Maintain and ensure product catalog data integrity across e-commerce platforms and internal CMS tools.
- Review and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, metadata, and categorization according to SEO best practices and platform requirements (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or misaligned content.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure high-quality product representation.
- Research competitor listings, platform policies, and category trends to inform catalog updates and improvements.
- Analyze catalog performance metrics and generate insights to support optimization strategies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining product taxonomies and attribute structures for new and existing SKUs.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in product catalog management, e-commerce operations, or analytical/content-focused roles.
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento) and CMS tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle large volumes of product data accurately.
- Solid understanding of SEO, product taxonomy, and digital merchandising best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with PIM systems, catalog automation tools, or analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio) is a plus.
