In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of regional marketing initiatives across the U.S. and EMEA. Your efforts will directly support innovators and legal professionals in the Intellectual Property field, enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve their goals. With a focus on integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and events, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand engagement and generate demand. • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the U.S. and EMEA regions, including email marketing and thought leadership promotions.
• Collaborate with regional Sales teams to support third-party sponsored events and ensure teams are well-equipped.
• Oversee logistics for LexisNexis-hosted events, including venue management and onsite coordination.
• Coordinate planning and execution of regional webinars in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Maintain campaign and events calendar to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Work with the Digital team on execution of paid media campaigns and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product Marketing to support campaign follow-up and outreach planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the legal or Intellectual Property industry.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a tech or data environment.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global marketing organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Data-driven mindset with eagerness to track performance.
