Advantage Heating & Air is growing in Topeka, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and knows how to turn service calls into solutions.

If you’re a strong troubleshooter who can confidently diagnose, explain options, and close recommended repairs or replacements, we want to talk to you.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  
• Clearly explain issues and present repair/replacement options to customers
  
• Provide accurate estimates and close recommended work
  
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
  
• Maintain clean, organized service vehicles
  
• Deliver top-tier customer service on every call
  
• Accurately document service calls and invoices
  

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  
• Comfortable presenting repair options and upselling when appropriate
  
• EPA Certification (required)
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
