About Us
McCaffery Interests is a privately owned, full-service commercial real estate firm with over 30 years of experience investing, developing, leasing, and managing properties. With a portfolio of over 20 million square feet and assets exceeding $2 billion, we specialize in creating dynamic office, mixed-use, hotel, residential, and master-planned communities. The iconic 5-block-long Produce Terminal Building anchors Pittsburgh’s bustling Strip District neighborhood and was formerly the central hub for the regional wholesale produce industry. After sitting partially vacant for decades, McCaffery has brought the building back to life to make it a people-centric destination once again.

  • Collaborate with leasing representatives on tenant retention strategies.
  • Review, approve, and track operating expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Lead and support onsite staff, including internal employees and contracted vendors.
Required Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of commercial property management experience.
  • 5–7 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
