Responsibilities
  • Providing daily feedback to the call centre consultants
  • Monitoring Productivity
  • Call Listening
  • Call quality and script adherence
  • Performance and targets
  • Training of all Lead Generation campaigns
  • Conducting workshops for performance improvement
  • Administrate and run motivational competitions
  • Administer timesheets for the entire department
  • Create and update training manuals
  • Compiling monthly productivity stats to management
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to adapt to regular and rapid changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Be accurate and detail oriented
  • Prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure

Minimum Requirements
  • Completed 3-year tertiary qualification
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel would be advantageous
  • Dynamics D365 knowledge
  • A positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
