This role supports the logistics team in managing day-to-day freight operations, coordinating shipments, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
The position also includes a reporting component, where the individual will analyze shipping data, freight destinations, and volumes to help improve visibility into logistics operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Coordination & Operations
- Support freight booking and shipment coordination across multiple routes
- Assist in managing daily logistics operations and ensuring timely execution
- Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking information, and documentation
- Help resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Client Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email and calls
- Provide timely updates on shipment status and logistics activities
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness and service quality
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Generate and maintain reports on shipping data, destinations, and volumes
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Use Excel to organize, track, and present operational data
Team Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support the logistics team with coordination and administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings and Zoom-based updates
- Learn quickly and apply feedback from leadership and training
- Take initiative and go above and beyond to support team goals
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, accounting, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent typing and responsiveness in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate: filters, data organization, reporting)
- Familiarity with logistics terminology (freight, shipping, coordination)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
