This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation of high-impact video and motion creative that drives measurable business results across digital and paid media channels. You will own the end-to-end creative process—from concepting and storyboarding to motion design and rapid video production—while collaborating closely with growth marketing and performance teams. This position combines creativity, data-driven decision making, and technical expertise to optimize campaigns and influence acquisition at scale. You will experiment, iterate, and scale creative that stops users in their tracks, while mentoring internal team members and managing external partners. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment and enjoys blending artistry with measurable outcomes.
- Build and manage a continuous pipeline of video-first and motion-based ad creative across paid channels, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other digital platforms
- Own the full creative lifecycle: concepting, storyboarding, motion design, live-action editing, and final production
- Rapidly iterate creative based on performance metrics to improve engagement, conversion, and campaign ROI
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Performance, and Creative teams to align creative with revenue-driving initiatives
- Analyze creative performance and generate actionable insights for future campaigns
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and output quality
- Maintain high standards of storytelling, visual craft, and brand consistency in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor internal creative contributors and coordinate with external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables
- 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on motion, video, and performance creative, ideally in agency or DTC in-house settings
- Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct response creative, including what drives engagement and conversion
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions and optimization
- Experience producing campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, Snap, and other digital platforms
- Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality output
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating and defending creative decisions
- Bonus: experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows for efficiency and enhanced output
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available
