About This Position

Durfee Law Group is a firm specializing in tax law, business planning, and estate planning for business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. We take an interdisciplinary approach; many of our attorneys carry both legal and accounting credentials, which allows us to deliver integrated, strategic counsel that goes beyond traditional legal advice.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Attorney plays a critical role advising clients on tax law, business planning, and estate planning matters — drafting complex legal documents, guiding transactions, and serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. Reporting directly to the Managing Attorney, this attorney will be an integral part of a growing, interdisciplinary team committed to delivering integrated legal and strategic counsel that goes beyond traditional legal advice.

This is not a litigation role. The work is transactional, strategic, and relationship-driven with direct client responsibility from day one.
