TerraVest Tanks General Labor at Fischer Tanks LLC – Kaleva, Michigan

Looking for steady hours, a 3-day weekend every week, and a team that actually works together?
We’re hiring a General Labor team member to help build and refurbish propane tanks in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18/hour + $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm (3-day weekends every week)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Working with your hands (blasting, painting, assembling tanks)
• Operating equipment and staying active throughout the day
• Loading/unloading tanks and keeping production moving
• Supporting your team to get the job done safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and shows up on time

• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
• Experience in manufacturing or with tools is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work with arms above shoulder level at times
