You will be responsible for taking projects from concept to production, ensuring all assets reflect and enhance brand identity. Accountabilities:

As a Senior Designer, you will drive the visual and creative output for multiple brands and projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact:

  • Conceptualize and design multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns that engage target audiences and meet business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, motion assets, and digital content tailored for social, editorial, newsletters, and experiential platforms.
  • Support internal brands and communities by delivering cohesive branding and communication materials.
  • Apply and evolve design systems to ensure a consistent visual language across digital, social, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Design responsive web elements and marketing assets that balance aesthetic excellence with functional performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across account management, editorial, community, and sales to translate goals into compelling visual stories.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and peer reviews, providing constructive feedback and technical expertise to elevate team output.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools like Asana, ensuring high-quality work aligns with team priorities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with technical skill and collaboration:

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in digital design, social media, or web-first branding projects.
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution in typography, layout, interaction, and digital storytelling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Figma, Canva, and Ceros is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, proactive communication, and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Keen eye for detail, visual hierarchy, and consistency in brand execution across channels.
