Pharmacist-Oncology at Signature Healthcare – Brockton, Massachusetts

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Pharmacist is responsible for the preparation, compounding and dispensing of medications according to laws and regulations. The Pharmacists are responsible for the optimization of drug therapy by identifying, resolving and preventing drug related problems and adverse drug events. This position will provide in depth clinical monitoring of patients in conjunction with the multidisciplinary clinical team. The Pharmacist also oversees the work of support personnel and operates within the limits established by Pharmacy policy and procedures.
