Manager - Site Reliability at Arthur Lawrence

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, NOC, or DevOps, including at least 3 years in an SRE-focused role
• Skilled in infrastructure management, SRE, incident management, disaster recovery, RCA, and ITIL compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of routine maintenance, reporting, runbook updates, and security/compliance procedures.
• Prior experience in automation scripts and incident documentation
• Experience in managing end-to-end adoption of SRE principles

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional Certifications such as Google Professional SRE, Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA/CKAD), Terraform, or equivalent, ITIL 4 Foundation, SRE Foundation
