Operations / Shop Coordinator – Gas Compression Repair & Supply at Samco Enterprises Inc – Odessa, Texas

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations / Shop Coordinator to support compressor valve and gas compression operations. This role coordinates jobs from intake through shipment and works closely with the shop, parts, and customers to ensure schedules, materials, and documentation are handled accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and track repair, manufacturing, and parts jobs
• Coordinate with the shop to ensure on-time shipment
• Source parts and research components using OEM manuals and documentation
• Prepare job sheets, work orders, and basic Bills of Materials
• Create and follow up on quotes for parts and repair work
• Serve as inside sales contact for assigned house accounts
• Communicate job status and delivery expectations to customers
