As our Accounting Manager, youre the wizard behind the numbersmaking sure everything from payroll to invoices flows smoothly. You know the ins and outs of HR, Loss Prevention, and house rules, all while keeping things on track with Aimbridge Hospitalitys standards. Your superpower? Turning accounting into a seamless adventure!

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hotel Harmony Hero: Youre the numbers ninja who keeps every department running smoothly and every rule followed. From payroll to hotel systems, you make complex stuff look easy and fun!
  • Money Maestro at Work: Our Accounting Manager rocks every cash, bill, and auditmaking it all look easy! Daily cash, billing, collections, and audits are always in perfect harmony, with every penny accounted for.
  • Payroll and Record Rockstar: The Accounting Manager keeps payroll and employee records grooving, making sure paychecks, new hires, and benefits stay on beat. Every Tuesday, they drop a productivity report like its hot and track vacation and sick days with superhero precision!
  • Leading Teams & Energizing Meetings: Keeps an eye on Guest Services and Night Audit teams to make sure theyre on point with accounting, leads Night Auditor training sessions, and spices up staff meetings with fun, effective trainingAimbridge style! Jumps in for MOD duty when needed!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree with 3 years related experience, Bachelors with 1 year, or 5 years progressive hotel/related field experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Skilled at understanding complex information, addressing concerns, and working with financial data and basic math.
