Greg Juliano Electric LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our leadership team in Broomall, PA.
This is a high-level role for a professional with 10+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between the field and the office. If you are skilled in Estimating, team leadership, and service management, we want to hear from you. We offer a Company Vehicle, a salary up to $115,000, and a collaborative environment where your voice matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead operations from estimates to job completion, collaborating closely with electricians, suppliers, and office staff.
Project Execution: Receive weekly job allocations, schedule jobs, order materials, and coordinate setup on-site.
Estimating: Conduct site visits, write estimates, and review/finalize proposals with the owner.
Team Leadership: Lead morning meetings with the crew to review daily assignments. Address questions from the field and escalate unresolved issues.
Financials: Monitor job performance vs. original estimates, handle change orders, and coordinate job billing.
Training: Train new hires and develop structured onboarding/training procedures for field technicians.
Service Operations: Partner with the Office Manager to schedule, complete, and bill service calls.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management or leadership roles in the construction or electrical industry.
Skills: Strong background in estimating, invoices, and billing coordination.
Leadership: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead team meetings.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with service management software and basic office tools.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
Education: High school diploma or GED required. (No specific license required, but industry knowledge is essential).
