• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of roofing sales associates

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and goals

• Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales targets, and pipeline reviews

• Handle high-value clients and close your own sales to lead by example

• Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions

• Support team in understanding product knowledge, insurance claim processes, and customer service best practices

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to execution

• Oversee use of CRM systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping of leads, estimates, and contracts

• Represent Coxco at industry events, networking opportunities, and community functions

• 5+ years of roofing or residential construction sales experience, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop sales professionals

• Deep understanding of roofing systems, storm restoration, and insurance claims

• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

• Track record of exceeding sales goals and managing a team to success

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM platforms

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
