You'll oversee commercial and residential projects from preconstruction through closeoutensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met with precision. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.

    • Lead preconstruction planning and coordinate project resources.

    • Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to scope, safety, and quality.

    • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules.

    • Host regular stakeholder meetings to report progress and resolve issues.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.

    • Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA standards, and company policies.

    • Track milestones, maintain detailed documentation, and manage change orders.

Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years in a project management role, preferably in multi-million-dollar projects.

  • Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction scheduling tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, math, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
