Crew Members assist in delivering high-quality landscaping services across a variety of residential, commercial, and government properties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and direct a crew of hardscaping crew members.
• Managing and schedule projects, tracking productions, materials, time and budget targets.
• Ensure quality of landscaping work that meets company standards and clients expectations.
• Solve problems, give direction,plan labor requirements and equipment requirements for projects.
• Manage safety and productivity of work at job sites and shop/yard and company PPE and safety standards. Enforce all local, state and federal safety regulations for crews.
• Delegate job tasks to appropriate crew members.
• Conduct on-site orientation with new employees in new positions.
• Communicate with supervisor, crew members, and clients throughout the project
• Operate equipment and tools as necessary.
• Assist in the construction of walkways, retaining walls, patios, etc.
• Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment and job sites and inventory.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Hardscaping/Landscaping and crew leadership. Minimum 1 year experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• DOT Health Card (required)
• Holds a current Class A CDL or willing to obtain one.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, lifting up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
• Must be detail-oriented and take pride in quality work.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday (hours may vary depending on season and project)

Work Location:

• Based in Audubon, MN
• Must be able to report to job sites daily and commute as required
