This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial team focused on data-driven media solutions and consumer intelligence products. You will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with agencies, advertisers, and media partners across the German market. The position combines strategic account management with hands-on business development, requiring strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach. You will work across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, while positioning advanced data and audience solutions. In this highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with internal product, analytics, and client success teams. Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for driving new business growth while managing and expanding key client relationships across the German media and advertising ecosystem, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions.

  • Develop and expand new business opportunities with media agencies, social agencies, publishers, and advertisers across Germany
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, RFI/RFP responses, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion of opportunities
  • Position data, insights, audience activation, and measurement solutions in a consultative and value-driven way
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and account growth
  • Collaborate closely with internal commercial, product, and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare impactful presentations and support strategic account development initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets in alignment with business objectives
Requirements:

You bring solid experience in business development or sales within media, advertising technology, data, or a related digital ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the advertising value chain.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within media, AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of media planning, media buying, audience data, and campaign measurement solutions
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in pricing, proposal development, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while collaborating across teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Existing network within media or agency ecosystems is a strong advantage
