This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, strategic communications, and high-touch client services, focusing on building impactful B2B narratives through trusted industry voices. You will lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-phase influencer and PR-driven campaigns for senior enterprise stakeholders and executive audiences. Acting as both strategist and producer, you will translate technical or corporate messaging into compelling thought leadership content across creators, events, and media ecosystems. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on excellence in execution and client partnership. You will work closely with senior clients, influencers, and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class programs that shape reputation and drive business outcomes. This role requires strong production discipline, creative problem-solving, and comfort operating in sophisticated B2B industries.
In this role, you will own the strategy, production, and execution of high-impact B2B influencer marketing and PR-aligned programs, ensuring seamless delivery across clients, creators, and internal teams.
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex influencer and PR-driven campaigns, from kickoff through execution and reporting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding strategy, messaging, and execution across executive-level B2B initiatives.
- Develop integrated influencer strategies aligned with corporate narratives, targeting executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage influencer casting, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management across industry voices, speakers, and thought leaders.
- Oversee production workflows including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time execution.
- Translate technical or complex business topics into compelling storytelling suited for industry leaders and niche audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, business affairs, analytics) to ensure program alignment and performance optimization.
- Act as primary point of contact for influencers and agents, ensuring smooth communication and partnership experience.
This role requires strong experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social strategy within B2B or technology-driven environments, combined with excellent client management and production skills.
- 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media, with at least 3 years in B2B, fintech, or tech-focused industries.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles, executive visibility strategies, and media or industry positioning.
- Proven ability to identify and engage niche industry experts, speakers, and subject-matter authorities beyond follower metrics.
- Experience managing high-touch client relationships and leading executive-level presentations and communications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with KPIs such as campaign quality, delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and program performance tracking.
- Salary range: $98,000 – $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications
