You will serve as the organizational backbone of our fast-moving construction operations, bringing structure and clarity to high-end residential projects. This role empowers you to manage complex timelines and logistics, ensuring our crews and homeowners remain perfectly aligned. You will play a pivotal part in delivering elite outdoor living spaces by maintaining the systems that prevent delays and ensure project success.

• Coordinate daily project schedules and logistics to ensure all residential builds remain on track and efficient.

• Facilitate clear communication between crews, vendors, and homeowners to maintain alignment and set expectations.

• Manage material procurement and vendor deliveries to prevent job site delays and maintain project momentum.

• Implement and oversee detailed checklists and systems to ensure no project details or client requirements slip through the cracks.

• Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or material shortages to resolve issues before they impact the field.

• Support both field and office operations by maintaining accurate project documentation and real-time status updates.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction coordination or operational logistics.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and timelines simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences including crews and high-end homeowners.

• Demonstrated history of taking complete ownership of tasks with a strict follow-through on all project deliverables.

• Proficiency in using organizational software and digital scheduling tools to maintain operational clarity.

• Associates Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Specific industry experience within the decking or custom outdoor living sector.

• Advanced proficiency in project management software specifically designed for the construction industry.

• Strong background in customer service or client relations within a residential construction environment.
