You will serve as the organizational backbone of our fast-moving construction operations, bringing structure and clarity to high-end residential projects. This role empowers you to manage complex timelines and logistics, ensuring our crews and homeowners remain perfectly aligned. You will play a pivotal part in delivering elite outdoor living spaces by maintaining the systems that prevent delays and ensure project success.
How You Will Make an ImpactCoordinate daily project schedules and logistics to ensure all residential builds remain on track and efficient.
Facilitate clear communication between crews, vendors, and homeowners to maintain alignment and set expectations.
Manage material procurement and vendor deliveries to prevent job site delays and maintain project momentum.
Implement and oversee detailed checklists and systems to ensure no project details or client requirements slip through the cracks.
Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or material shortages to resolve issues before they impact the field.
Support both field and office operations by maintaining accurate project documentation and real-time status updates.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction coordination or operational logistics.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and timelines simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences including crews and high-end homeowners.
Demonstrated history of taking complete ownership of tasks with a strict follow-through on all project deliverables.
Proficiency in using organizational software and digital scheduling tools to maintain operational clarity.
Associates Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Specific industry experience within the decking or custom outdoor living sector.
Advanced proficiency in project management software specifically designed for the construction industry.
Strong background in customer service or client relations within a residential construction environment.
