Accountabilities:
  • Support the identification, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that advance enterprise-wide transformation priorities.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and support strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external resources to gather data and deepen understanding of markets, customers, and industry trends.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, structured business narratives that support decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to priority setting and ensure alignment of projects with broader corporate strategy and objectives.
  • Assist in developing executive-ready presentations and communication materials that convey actionable insights.
  • Support continuous improvement of strategic planning processes and analytical frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, planning, product/program management, or related analytical fields.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong storytelling ability using data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
