Senior Digital Product Owner - Ecommerce

This role is at the center of a fast-evolving digital transformation within a large-scale eCommerce environment focused on driving customer acquisition and conversion in the Medicare Advantage space. The position blends strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact digital experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to build and optimize a data-driven, customer-centric eCommerce platform. The role requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement. It is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on innovation, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in defining how digital channels evolve to improve customer experience and business performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and drive the eCommerce product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Translate strategic objectives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
  • Partner with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-centered digital experiences
  • Conduct regular performance tracking using key metrics, dashboards, and analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and UAT to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with product expectations before release
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product direction and ensure data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on Product Owner responsibilities
  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce websites
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management practices
  • Proven ability to write, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and features
  • Experience working with UX/UI, development, and content teams in digital product delivery
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to translate user data and insights into actionable product improvements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Deep user empathy and strong focus on customer experience and conversion optimization
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Healthcare or insurance eCommerce experience is a strong plus
