This role is at the center of a fast-evolving digital transformation within a large-scale eCommerce environment focused on driving customer acquisition and conversion in the Medicare Advantage space. The position blends strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact digital experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to build and optimize a data-driven, customer-centric eCommerce platform. The role requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement. It is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on innovation, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in defining how digital channels evolve to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Define and drive the eCommerce product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Translate strategic objectives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Partner with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-centered digital experiences
- Conduct regular performance tracking using key metrics, dashboards, and analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and UAT to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with product expectations before release
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product direction and ensure data-driven decision-making
- 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on Product Owner responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce websites
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management practices
- Proven ability to write, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and features
- Experience working with UX/UI, development, and content teams in digital product delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Ability to translate user data and insights into actionable product improvements
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Deep user empathy and strong focus on customer experience and conversion optimization
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Healthcare or insurance eCommerce experience is a strong plus
- Competitive annual salary range: $94,900 – $130,500 per year
