About the Role
As a Bilingual CentralizedApartment Leasing Consultant, youll be the friendly voice and expert guide for future residents across our communities in 25 states. While youll work remotely, youre proudly anchored at our beautiful, modern office on Cherry St. in Grand Rapids! Collaboration, support, and good vibes are always part of our culture and welcomed with open arms!
This role is perfect for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, people-loving and enjoys helping others!
Main Job Duties
  • Leasing like a pro Converting leads into happy residents through engaging conversations.
  • Following up Calls, emails, texting.
  • Listening to calls Reviewing calls to learn, improve, and sharpen our teams skills
  • Training & coaching Participating in ongoing training and applying feedback to grow while assisting our onsite teams
  • Application follow-ups Guiding prospects through the application process and following up on any outstanding applications
  • Connecting with prospects Listening first, matching secondevery renter has a story.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Youre a strong communicator who genuinely enjoys talking with people
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Youre organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on follow-ups
  • Youre comfortable working remotely in office while staying connected to a team
  • You have 3+ years of apartment leasing experience
  • You have Yardi and Yardi CRM IQ experience (strongly preferred)
