Warehouse Associate at CIMA Animal Health – Jupiter, Florida

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and preparing products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We also have a need for Warehouse Shipper to package and prepare the shipments for transport. These roles are critical to ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time, correctly, and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pull products from shelves, bins, or pallets according to order specifications
• Verify product information, quantities, and quality before packing
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain organized picking areas and restock shelves when necessary
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare picked items for packing and shipment
• Report inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, and cleaning when needed

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift
• May require Saturday hours and paid overtime based on business needs

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred

Ability to read and understand pick tickets, order sheets, and labels

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Team player with a strong work ethic

Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
