Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Virginia (Richmond or Virginia Beach) – Hybrid remote

We represent clients on a national basis, and have 10 offices throughout multiple states. Our lawyers have appeared in the courts of over 30 states and territories.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote in our Richmond or Virginia Beach offices (WFH 2 days per week).
- Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
