Office Manager - Round Rock Office at Forest Family Dentistry – Round Rock, Texas

We are looking for a Office Manager to join our team full-time.

What You’ll Do!

• Manage day-to-day staff operations, including creating and maintaining efficient team schedules, interviewing and onboarding new team members, and conducting regular performance reviews to support staff development
• Oversee all aspects of patient management, including ensuring exceptional patient experiences, addressing concerns with professionalism and care, and maintaining strong relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet and exceed office productivity goals, by optimizing daily workflows, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and revenue growth.
• Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk responsibilities, coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance, and handling non-clinical supply ordering to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of dental experience preferred
• Proficiency in dental insurance
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and ADA coding
• Experience with patient service and front desk operations
• Familiarity with dental software Open Dental
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and health information management
• Prior staff management required
