JOB SUMMARY

Compensation - up to $85,000.00

The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day administration of assigned clinic or clinics. This includes managing processes and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The Clinical Practice Manager collaborates with the leadership team to deploy and manage business processes within the organization.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Below are the roles and responsibilities that the practice administrator is expected to fulfill:

•Oversee credentialing process to ensure the process is completed in time.

•Assist CMO with scheduling education, preparing presentations, arranging meetings.

•Assist with compilation of data for TCM program.

•Assist with routine HR tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, 401k.

•Help create marketing materials and other handouts necessary for service lines and clinics.

•Manage day-to-day operations in the front office.

•Interface with building property manager to reserve conference rooms or addresses issues in the suite.

•Ensure faxes and phone calls are being answered in a timely manner.

•Handle general accounts payable tasks in coordination with accounting.

•Assist providers in obtaining supplies and other necessary resources that are needed in the field.

•Assist with claims clarification issues.

•Act as the primary SuperUser for all current Electronic Medical Records in use

•Assist with data compilation and analytics.

•Resident and medical student program liaison

•Manage supplies, including orders from Mckesson and Amazon

•Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and staff management.

•Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

• IL Registered nurse or a Bachelor's degree in nursing.

•At least two years’ professional experience in the healthcare field

•Knowledge and skills related to managing day to day operations for an organization.

•Ability to communicate proficiently through technology and maintain accurate notes and records.

•Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.

•Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with others.

•Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.

•Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
