Responsibilities

This role is remote but candidate must live in the assigned territory (New England - Massachusetts preferred). Travel is required.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team that embodies the core values of ADS. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals across your region, while implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing regional sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including contractors, engineers, and distributors
  • Develop and implement regional performance goals and strategies
  • Monitor and manage key sales metrics (orders, shipments, yield, etc.)
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams (plants, corporate, customer service) to enhance customer satisfaction and performance
  • Communicate company directives and market conditions to leadership and corporate teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and political functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3–5 years of sales management experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
  • Proven track record of growing sales and leading successful teams
  • Experience with engineered or technical products preferred
  • Travel daily within the region to engage with sales reps and customers (up to 75% travel required)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
  • Team player with a desire to win and help others succeed
  • Professional appearance and clear communication skills required for daily customer interaction
