Ford Plumbing & Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a full-time, performance-driven role designed for a technician who takes pride in their craft, excels at residential diagnostics, and communicates confidently with customers.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can diagnose issues accurately, present solutions clearly, and complete work to the highest standard while maintaining professionalism and thorough documentation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, diagnostics, and repairs
• Accurately troubleshoot plumbing systems and identify root causes
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Follow company pricing structures and service systems
• Utilize mobile field software for documentation, pricing, and invoicing
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and workspace
• Complete accurate job documentation and service reports daily
• Participate in daily shop check-ins
• Maintain professional appearance and strong customer communication
• Uphold company safety and quality standards

• Minimum 3+ years of plumbing service experience highly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and presentable dress is required
• Comfortable using iPads, iPhones, and mobile service software
• Understanding of plumbing pricing structures and presenting service options
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
