SUMMARY
AmaWaterways is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator Asia to join our regional marketing team based in Hong Kong. The Marketing Coordinator Asia will partner closely with both the local team and the US based team to maintain global brand and messaging alignment while tailoring all communications and campaigns for regional needs.
POSITION GOALS
Brand, Creative & Localization
- Deliver visually compelling sales and trade collateral—including flyers, toolkits, PowerPoints, templates, and event materials—tailored to regional market needs.
- Campaign and Content Development.
- Design and execute creative assets for digital and print advertising, partner campaigns, seasonal promotions, and global launches.
- Produce and adapt social media content for Asia platforms, ensuring compliance with channel specifications and marketing objectives.
- Develop website, email marketing, and digital newsletter content, incorporating motion graphics or video elements when beneficial.
Digital and Web Support
- Maintain and update regional content across our website, the Travel Advisor Portal, and Asia SharePoint resources.
- Coordinate with external agencies to support PPC and SEM campaigns.
- Fulfill recurring requests for images, videos, offers, and digital assets with accuracy and timeliness.
Sales, Trade, and Partner Marketing
- Provide all required creative deliverables for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
- Develop localized marketing packages and partner-specific collateral for travel advisors and trade partners.
- Ensure timely support for local trade events, consumer shows, and sales activations throughout Asia, representing the brand when needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via the Asia marketing inbox and deliver exceptional service to travel partners and consumers.
Project, Inventory, and Administrative Management
- Maintain the Asia marketing planner, campaign calendars, ASANA tasks, and digital asset repositories.
- Track and replenish inventory of printed materials, brochures, and promotional items across Asia, coordinate distribution and logistics.
- Coordinate the flow of information and assets to ensure timely and efficient execution across markets.
- Partner with copywriters, marketing managers, global teams, and external vendors to produce cohesive, high-quality deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Prefer experience in travel, luxury, or hospitality industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere a plus).
- Experience in multilingual campaign adaptation is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital ad formats (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
