13th Tee Attendant at Interlachen Country Club – edina, Minnesota

Interlachen Country Club is seeking a 13th Tee Bartender. Our service team provides

exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members and guests at 13th Tee on our

golf course during the summer months. In this role, you will work in an energetic environment

alongside supportive teammates with the opportunity to build relationships and create moments

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
• Become an expert on our beverage menu, able to explain drinks and offer recommendations to members and guests comfortably.
• Strive to find a path to yes on all member requests and respond to challenges gracefully.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, always ready for service.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant and serving/bartending position. Club experience is a plus
• At least 1 year of golf course beverage attendant or bartending.
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period

Availability

• Part-time positions available.
• Able to work flexible hours and days (e.g., evenings, weekends and holidays). Sundays are required.
• Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
• Mid April-October
