Goodwin Motor Group is launching a brand-new Mazda service operation in Brunswick, Maine, and we are seeking an Entry-Level Service Manager to lead and grow this exciting new department.

Position Overview

This Service Manager will oversee up to five Mazda technicians and work closely with service advisors, parts, and dealership leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong operational performance.

We are looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor or an emerging leader with prior management experience who is ready to move into a formal management position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or prior automotive management experience
• Strong understanding of service operations, repair order flow, and technician productivity
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate technicians
• Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with Mazda or import brands preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Mazda service department
