Industrial Painter - 2nd Shift at QuikCut LLC – Fort Wayne, Indiana

QuikCut is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter and Blaster to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and performing blasting operations to ensure high-quality finishes on various industrial structures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and blasting.
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Operate blasting equipment to remove old paint, rust, and other contaminants.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
• Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper surface preparation.
• Maintain and clean painting and blasting equipment.

• Proven experience as an industrial painter.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to operate and maintain painting and blasting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Certification in industrial painting or blasting is a plus.
