The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team as we scale hiring across U.S. corporate functions, primarily within our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations).

This role is essential to delivering a seamless candidate experience and keeping our recruiting process running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, manage assessments, and support the day-to-day operations of the recruiting process.


What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones for U.S.-based candidates and hiring teams
  • Coordinate interview panels and manage scheduling logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate questions throughout the interview process
  • Coordinate candidate assessments and track completion
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and interview progress in the ATS
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks and recruiting process coordination
  • Use AI tools to help streamline communication, scheduling, and recruiting workflows


What We Expect From You:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations
  • Experience scheduling interviews and managing complex calendars
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and time zones
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve workflow efficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
