About This Position

PR Manager

Mediatech
Mediatech is one of the fastest-growing digital publishing houses, reaching over 25 million people every month across Cybernews, Wellness Pulse, InvestorsObserver, and our wider network.
We deliver trusted, independently researched insights across tech, cybersecurity, health, and finance. Our investigations have exposed major security issues at NASA, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, PayPal, LinkedIn, and the Red Cross, and uncovered the largest-ever password leak (RockYou2024).
We’re a team driven by curiosity, impact, and fast growth — and we’re looking for people who want to build with us.

PR team

Mediatech's communications team creates data-driven reports and implements projects on cybersecurity, technology, finance, and health, making complex issues understandable to everyone. The team's work generates thousands of publications every year for our projects, such as Cybernews, InvestorsObserver, and others. Our reports and experts have earned citations and features in globally recognized outlets, including TechRadar, CNN, Bloomberg, BBC, Forbes, New York Post, CNET, The Guardian, PCMag, CNBC, and many others.

You

We're looking for a Mid-Sr PR Manager to lead PR efforts for InvestorsObserver, our finance-focused project. You'll develop and execute PR strategies that secure meaningful media coverage, build brand visibility in global markets, and contribute to business objectives. You'll craft narratives, pitch journalists, run campaigns, and manage stakeholder relationships end-to-end. Experience specifically in finance, fintech, or financial media PR is a bonus.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to secure media coverage and increase InvestorsObserver brand visibility

  • Plan, manage, and execute PR campaigns

  • Produce high-impact content, including data-driven reports, press releases, thought leadership articles, and commentary opportunities

  • Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists and media contacts globally

  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries; coordinate interviews and media appearances for our experts

  • Stay current with industry news, trends, and competitive landscape to identify PR opportunities and forecast content ideas

  • Guide the PR data analyst on newsworthy data-driven projects

  • Ensure all communications align with InvestorsObserver's key messages

  • Monitor media coverage and report on the impact of PR efforts

  • Participate in crisis communications preparation and management

WHAT WE EXPECT
  • Proven PR experience (agency or in-house) with a track record of developing and executing successful digital PR or communication campaigns

  • Demonstrated history of securing A-tier media coverage (international outlets, preferably US-based)

  • Strong media relationships and the ability to build new ones quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strategic and hands-on approach: comfortable writing data-based reports and drafting statements, pitching media, and managing projects end-to-end

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment where ownership and initiative matter

  • Result-oriented and data-driven growth mindset

  • Strong time management skills with a sense of ownership and commitment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU GET
  • Health & Well-being – Private health insurance with mental health coverage (including psychotherapy sessions), in-house physiotherapy, and access to premium wellness apps and fitness resources.
  • Time to Recharge – Paid sick days and extra vacation days that grow the longer you’re with us.
  • Continuous Growth – Deep focus on individual progress, backed by the 70/20/10 development model and a variety of L&D initiatives that help boost performance all year round. You’ll have a learning budget for courses, conferences, books, and subscriptions — plus regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Recognition & Support – Work anniversaries, celebrations for personal milestones such as birthdays, weddings, welcoming new family members, and more.
  • Community & Connection – Quarterly events to share knowledge, strengthen alignment, and foster collaboration across teams — plus company workations, wellness challenges, marathons, and other initiatives that bring people together in meaningful ways.
  • Workspace & Comfort – Pet-friendly, centrally located offices designed for collaboration and focus, with snacks and spaces to connect or recharge.
  • Flexibility – A hybrid work model built on trust and autonomy, with in-person moments that matter.
We care about our team as much as our content. That’s why we focus on real benefits — the kind that help you grow, stay healthy, and feel supported both at work and beyond.
The future of media is now — be part of it. At Mediatech, your ideas shape what’s next. Grow your skills, work with great people, and make something that matters.
GROSS SALARY
