Biogas Service Foremen- Working Foremen

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Biogas Service Foremen to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the operations, maintenance, and tank cleanouts for our biogas projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians across multiple locations, contributing to sustainable energy solutions and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Leadership

- Lead, train, and supervise service technicians and operators to ensure optimal performance.

- Assign and monitor daily work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.

Operations & Maintenance

- Oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for biogas systems.

- Coordinate tank cleanouts and other service activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.

- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.

- Ensure all team members adhere to environmental and safety standards.

- Report and investigate incidents or safety concerns promptly.

Coordination & Communication

- Liaise with project managers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate service schedules.

- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, inspections, and maintenance records.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in biogas, waste management, or related environmental services.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills related to biogas systems.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage schedules effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel 75-100%% as required.
