2nd Shift - Full Time - Maintenace Technician - Dayton

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old.

• A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and fingerprinting are required.
• Valid drivers license / Proof of Insurance
• Strong customer service skills are essential
• Understanding or experience in general maintenance
• Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs

Job Duties:

• Completing maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

• basic electrical and light bulbs
• plumbing
• carpentry
• mechanical
• drywall, and painting
• Completing other tasks, including general cleaning, and projects as needed
