Responsibilities
Revolution is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP ecosystem within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role works closely with senior ERP team members and cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to ensure our systems effectively support business and manufacturing processes.
This role will assist in managing and improving core ERP platforms including Infor CSI (SyteLine), IQMS, and NetSuite, helping troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and contribute to process improvements that drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day functional and administrative support for assigned ERP systems (Infor CSI, IQMS, NetSuite), including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and user issue resolution under the direction of senior ERP Analysts
- Support manufacturing operations within ERP systems, including production, inventory, supply chain, and order management processes
- Gather and document business requirements and assist in translating them into system configurations and enhancements
- Support ERP-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications (WMS, MES, EDI, financial systems, reporting platforms, etc.)
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution across integrated systems
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of ERP master data including items, BOMs, routings, work centers, vendors, customers, and costing structures
- Partner with internal IT teams, consultants, and vendors to escalate and resolve functional issues as needed
- Assist with system testing (UAT), documentation, and release validation activities
- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and process flows
- Provide end-user support and training to promote effective ERP utilization across manufacturing and corporate teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and ERP optimization initiatives
- Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and IT governance standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience working with manufacturing ERP platforms such as Infor CSI (SyteLine), IQMS (DELMIAworks), or similar systems; IQMS experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with core manufacturing processes including production, inventory management, BOMs, routings, supply chain, and order management.
Experience providing end-user ERP support and assisting with system improvements, upgrades, or implementations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems and helping business teams effectively use ERP tools.
Understanding of manufacturing operations and how ERP systems support areas such as production planning, inventory control, procurement, and costing.
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend system solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
Working knowledge of data reporting, system integrations, or automation tools is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with databases (such as SQL), reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, or similar), and basic data management practices is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay Transparency: $90k - $105k base + Bonus + Benefits + PTO
