About This Position
General Responsibilities
The Treasury Sales RFP Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) related to treasury management services. This role ensures high-quality, accurate, and timely proposal responses that reflect Peoples Security Bank & Trust’s capabilities, risk standards, and competitive positioning.
The position works closely with Treasury Sales, Commercial Banking, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing.
Essential Duties
- Manage the full lifecycle of treasury-related RFPs from receipt through submission
- Serve as the primary coordinator for RFP timelines, deliverables, and internal inputs
- Draft, edit, and assemble clear, accurate, and professional RFP responses
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Pricing teams to gather required content
- Maintain a centralized library of approved responses, product descriptions, and templates
- Track RFP submissions, outcomes, and win/loss data
- Support proposal development and sales presentations as needed
- Ensure all responses comply with Bank policies and regulatory standards
- Identify opportunities to improve RFP efficiency and response quality
- Submit timely and accurate RFPs
Ancillary Duties
- Actively represents the Bank in public relations and other related community activities.
- Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred; additional training or coursework related to banking, treasury management, or proposal development is beneficial.
Skill(s): Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail; effective communication capabilities; familiarity with treasury management products and related banking processes.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in banking, treasury management, or proposal coordination.
