About This Position

POSITION TITLE: Material Handler/Packing PERSO
2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position with
full benefits offered (i.e. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, EAP and more).
Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
New hire bonus: $250 every quarter, up to 1 year, totaling $1,000! Get paid every Friday!!!
The person in this position must be able to stand for extended periods of time, utilize a pallet jack for transport of goods to and from loading areas, word with machine operators to feed machinery with appropriate materials as well as pack, wrap and stage items for shipping. Adequate computer skills and ability to print shipping labels a plus. If you are interested in the position below, feel free to apply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Ability to effective feed Materials for the following machines: Maxsys, MXD (Card Affixing Module), BH1000 Inserter & GV-300
  2. Follow all applicable sops’ (standard operating procedures).
  3. Following Perso schedule for daily orders to be produced.
  4. Submit paperwork to Audit Dept for release of secure cards to Perso Department (Material Requirement Form).
  5. Perform Daily Card Picks from the Vault
  6. Conducts Monthly Vault Inventory
  7. Perform In-process inspection of the job to ensure job specifications and quality requirements are being met.
  8. Stock weekly inventory (Collateral Materials) from the stock room to fulfill orders for that particular week. During this time, it is important that employees practice the proper lifting techniques when transporting boxes.
  9. Package Personalized cards and prepare for shipping.
  10. Stage finished materials at the dock and load shipments as necessary.
  11. Accurately enters his/her daily production via SFDC Logic Win Trak.
  12. Keep staging areas organized and ensure paperwork is in place to properly identify all jobs.
  13. Meet the expected outputs and quality requirements for the position.
  14. Maintain established Safety Requirements.
  15. Other duties assigned by the Perso Shift Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Lifting up to 45 lbs.
  2. Full understanding of equipment.
  3. Ability to use tools for minor adjustments.
  4. Good mathematical/computer skills.
  5. Works Overtime as necessary
