General Purpose

To enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. This position also develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.

Job Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Associates degree preferred but not required.

3. Fluency in written and spoken required.

4. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service.

Salary: $26.61 to $28.80 per hour, which includes $3.61 geographic pay incentive based on location. DOQ
