This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing design organization across the Americas. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of design roles, partnering closely with senior leadership to identify and attract top-tier talent. The position combines strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and operational execution, providing the chance to influence the organization’s design culture and long-term talent strategy. You will have broad responsibility to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving data-informed decisions and scaling processes to support a fast-growing, global team. Accountabilities:

As Design Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruitment strategies and execution for design talent across multiple geographies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies for product design, brand design, UX research, design engineering, and related disciplines.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized and senior design roles, from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

  • Initiate creative and scalable improvements to recruiting processes to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports on hiring progress and trends to leadership.

  • Develop strategic plans to attract passive candidates and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal, to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will combine deep design recruiting experience with strategic thinking and operational rigor. Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years focused on design recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven experience building high-performing, high-craft design teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Strong growth mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Data-driven approach to problem solving, using insights to optimize processes and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse talent pipelines across multiple locations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and operational discipline in dynamic environments.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, balancing professionalism with approachability.
