Role Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression of the resort. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience
• Welcome guests and provide a luxury arrival experience
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Promote the Salamander guest loyalty program
• Deliver Forbes-level service standards in every interaction

Front Desk Operations
• Process payments accurately
• Manage reservations and guest profiles
• Communicate with Housekeeping and other departments
• Follow front office procedures and service standards

Qualifications:

• College diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, AM & PM
