From our world famous Vanilla Extract, to our unique Cinnamon and Black Pepper, The Watkins Company continues to be innovative in categories including but not limited to Extracts, Spices, Dry Seasoning Mixes, Bitters, and Baking Decorations. Today, we are seeking a new member to join the fastest growing flavoring company in North America.

• Pick orders (individual items or full cases) per picking instructions utilizing the CAP's system or scan gun.
• Verify picked items and quantities are accurate by utilizing pick reports.
• Label individual items or boxes per picking instructions.
• Scan, package, and label product orders as outlined in the packing and shipping instructions.
• Utilize reports and work instructions to complete work as assigned.
• Operate the hand truck as needed for full case picking of orders.
• Restock CAPS, full cases, bins, and back up. Utilize restock reports, tickets, and all other documents effecting inventory.
• Load and unload trucks in accordance with the load sheet.

• A High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate applicable reading and math skills.
• The ability to adapt to changing work environments.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing skills.
• Have the ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
