Recovery Technician at Newhaven – El Dorado, Arkansas

The Recovery Technician will be the most consistent point of contact for our adult patients with substance use disorders. This position will conduct regular safety checks, direct patients to appointments and activities, assist with intakes, respond appropriately to all crises, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure our programs function safely and efficiently. The Recovery Technician will oversee the daily flow of patients and ensure rules are being followed along with crisis intervention.

At least 1 year sober • High school diploma or equivalent • Current driver’s license and reliable transportation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills • Basic computer skills
