Zingerman's Roadhouse AM Kitchen Supervisor at Zingerman's – Ann Arbor, Michigan

Hours: 5am-4pm 4 days per week, weekends and flexibility required

Compensation: $22-$24 per hour

Performance Expectations

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for delivering the Roadhouse food experience to all guests. This position reports to the Sous Chef.

• Prepares and cooks food according to Zingerman’s Roadhouse standards.
• Ensures that all food meets quality and presentation standards.
• Completes Training Passport within the stated timeframes and continues to live the Training Compact.
• Participates/leads in DOR huddles
• Effectively trains and manages other staff members
• Maintains great communication and check-ins between line cooks, sous chefs/managers, and front of the house
• Maintains a strong sense of what is going on in the whole restaurant during the shift.
• Able to work all positions on the line (ie grill, sauté, pantry, fry, etc) and run the line.
