This role is a high-impact commercial leadership position focused on driving revenue growth in a fast-scaling, inbound-driven business operating in the premium glass solutions industry. You will take full ownership of sales performance, combining hands-on execution with strategic leadership across CRM operations, inbound lead management, and team development. The position requires a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, operational discipline, and continuous optimization of the sales funnel. You will lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and strong conversion performance across a high-volume pipeline. Acting as both a manager and an operator, you will play a central role in shaping sales processes, improving efficiency, and accelerating business growth. This is a fully remote role within a structured yet fast-paced environment serving U.S. clients.
In this role, you will own the full sales function, ensuring operational excellence across CRM systems, inbound lead management, team performance, and revenue optimization. You will act as the key driver of sales execution, combining leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in daily operations to maximize conversion and growth.
- Own and optimize CRM operations, including pipeline structure, lead lifecycle management, data hygiene, and inbound workflows
- Enforce CRM discipline across the sales team through training, audits, and ongoing process reinforcement
- Lead inbound lead management, ensuring fast response times, efficient distribution, and high conversion rates
- Manage and improve call quality standards, including coaching on objection handling, communication structure, and sales effectiveness
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives through coaching, performance reviews, and goal setting
- Drive performance analytics, tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, close rates, speed to lead, and revenue per rep
- Identify and implement continuous improvements across sales processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration
The ideal candidate brings strong sales leadership experience in high-volume, inbound-driven environments, with a proven ability to manage teams, optimize performance, and drive revenue outcomes through structured execution and data analysis.
- 7–10 years of sales experience with a strong track record of revenue generation and pipeline ownership
- At least 3 years of experience managing and developing sales teams (5+ direct reports preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar), including reporting and pipeline management
- Experience in inbound or high-volume sales environments, ideally in B2C or call-based models
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions and improve performance
- Proven ability to manage call-based sales processes and coach teams on communication and conversion techniques
- Fluent English with experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Highly operational, detail-oriented, and comfortable being deeply involved in day-to-day sales execution
- Fully remote position (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule)
