- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, define project scope, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Own and prioritize requirements in alignment with client needs, ensuring clarity and agreement across all stakeholders
- Conduct impact analysis on existing processes and systems to support informed decision-making
- Develop supporting materials such as wireframes, mock-ups, and documentation to guide delivery teams
- Partner with technical teams to deliver demonstrations, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Support testing phases by creating test scripts, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT or digital transformation environments
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in modules such as HRSD and CSM
- Strong understanding of business process architecture and cloud-based platform capabilities
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, security, upgrades, debugging, and custom application development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA) are a plus, with a willingness to pursue further certifications
