Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development of tailored creative strategies for high-value clients, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and business goals while driving measurable performance impact. You will oversee quarterly planning for creative campaigns, define milestones, and ensure clear creative direction across initiatives.

  • Develop and execute data-informed creative strategies for premium accounts
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate high-performing, customer-specific creative concepts
  • Analyze creative performance data using tools such as Looker and other analytics platforms
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and upsell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with strategic clients as a trusted creative advisor
  • Collaborate with revenue, operations, and creative teams to align account strategies
  • Manage end-to-end creative projects, including coordination with design and production teams
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, process improvements, and knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising, with proven experience managing high-value client relationships and delivering results-driven creative solutions. You should be highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising
  • Strong experience managing premium or high-value customer accounts
  • Expertise in campaign planning, creative execution, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and prioritization abilities across multiple campaigns
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
